Mindful Birthing classes have been serving the needs of expectant parents in eastern Iowa since 2007, and continue to be a beloved and well-respected resource in our community.
I am a Certified Childbirth Educator, Certified Doula, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and Certified Professional Midwife with more than 20 years of experience working with people and families in the childbearing year. I live and work in Iowa City. I am passionate about the transformative power of pregnancy and birth, joyful embodiedness, and facilitating optimal well-being in mind and body.
